Our online prescription and product mail service is for the exclusive use of our clients. If our veteriarian has not examined your pet, please call (413) 323-7203 to schedule a physical examination.For existing clients, we are excited to offer this convenient way of ordering supplies and prescriptions for your pet(s). All products are delivered directly from our office to your door!
There is no additional fees for any flea, tick or heartworm preventative that we mail directly to our office to you! That's right, no shipping fee for flea, tick, or heartworm preventatives!
There is a $3.00 maximum shipping fee for all prescription delivery requests. Overnight delivery requests are available for an additional charge.
Requests received by noon will be shipped by the following day.
